Together with CARIAD, we developed a support concept using the Audi e-tron as an example, guiding (potential) customers on their journey to electric mobility. The app provides comprehensive support and information throughout all phases – from the purchasing decision to daily vehicle use.

From frontend to backend, including account and identity management, everything was rebuilt from the ground up using innovative methods. The Signia App enables intuitive control of Sivantos hearing aids via smartphone. Ergosign was commissioned with redesigning and conceptually expanding the app to optimize usability. From expert reviews and prototyping to A/B testing – the final redesign includes all visual elements, including icons and animations, ensuring the app is both functional and visually appealing.
