UX DesignPeople deserve better digital experiences. We design them.

We strive for simple, elegant and relevant solutions.

We conduct research to focus early on impactful solutions. Our design process begins by diving into our client’s world. We establish an overview of the existing products, get to know the general goals and KPIs. Then we get in touch with users and customers. Of course, we also integrate our industry knowledge. User Research is crucial to reduce the risk of failure. It includes the user perspective as well as stakeholders and employees. This can reduce production times, especially in long-term projects.

We prototype throughout the entire design process.

Prototyping is crucial throughout the entire design process to achieve optimal results. This serves as the perfect base for discussing design ideas as a team, presenting these to stakeholders and testing them with users. An interactive prototype allows for experiencing the product before implementation and allows us to make swift and well-founded decisions, quickly and without significant expenses.

Intuitive & efficient interactions

We ensure smooth coordination of content, functions and navigation, so we can optimally support requirements, workflows and processes. Technical constraints, personas and the context of use are taken into account when designing a sound and sleek interaction concept.

Language in user interfaces: UX writing

Whether microcopies, such as labels and captions or somewhat longer texts, such as error messages and instructions: The same rules apply to language in user interfaces as to the visual and structural design - consistent, easily recognizable, and of course, adapted to the user. That's why we integrate UX writing into the UX design process right from the start: from the basic tonality (voice & tone) to the final texts and terms in the prototype.

Validation with users

We validate our design with prospective users to receive authentic feedback. We evaluate often and effectively: with the right amount of planning and on-point documentation. Whether mobile, in our in-house UX labs, remote in individual interviews or in A/B tests with large samples — we choose the appropriate research method.

Custom-made Icons & Illustrations

Custom icons and illustrations give products a unique look, are intuitive to use and reinforce your brand identity. Together, we define style and metaphors that fit project requirements best. Illustrations facilitate the understanding of complex topics and add a personal touch to your product.

Motion design to elevate the user experience.

Motion design done well in a user interface increases the joy of use. Purposefully applied, motions help users navigate intuitively, make better use of space on small devices, and offer contextual elements elegantly. Animated transitions can guide users through workflows without adding unnecessary visual complexity. Motion in 2D or 3D differentiates your user interface from others.

Design Systeme

A design system ensures a consistent design for every element across all touchpoints. If a service is developed from scratch, the initial effort required to set up the design system is largely negligible. As a scalable solution, full design control is guaranteed with maximum flexibility throughout the entire eco system. Further requirements can be responded to quickly and across channels and countries.
