Together, we shape the future with the support of artificial intelligence

The impressive progress of artificial intelligence (AI) in recent years is influencing all sectors: We are convinced that the integration of AI will continue to advance, especially with our services. As an innovative company, we look forward to shaping the fascinating future of this development together with you.

Long-standing expertise with AI

Working with artificial intelligence is anything but new to Ergosign — back in 2004, we supported the project team led by Microsoft founder Paul Allen in the evaluation of “Project Halo”. The focus was on the development of a system that could answer complex questions from the natural sciences, as a “digital Aristotle”.

Over the past two decades, we have worked with various consortium partners on pioneering AI research projects funded by federal ministries. For example in the field of autonomous driving, in projects such as APEROL and STADT:up, our AI expertise contributes to shaping the future.

In addition, artificial intelligence plays a crucial role in our projects within the healthcare sector:
While we focused on explaining AI-generated medical diagnoses in the research project IMEDALytics, the research project SiBed centered on predicting user actions through automated AI models.

As part of the DiCo research project, Ergosign has been involved in the development of a digital assistance system to guide care facilities through the digital transformation process in a systematic and needs-oriented manner.
In the AVASAG project, our aim is to contribute to inclusion by researching AI-supported avatars in sign language.

Future-proof user experience with AI

Artificial intelligence is more than just a passing trend – it will significantly shape the future of digital experiences. We support you in staying at the forefront and ensuring that your products and platforms are innovative, human-centered, and future-ready.

Personalized UX with AI

Imagine a digital application that continuously adapts individually to the preferences and behavior of each user. With AI-assisted analysis of user data, we enable unique digital experiences. Make your digital services more engaging, relevant, and meet your customer expectations.

Gartner forecasts that by 2026, 30 % of new apps will use AI to enable personalized, adaptive user interfaces.

AI-supported development

The integration of AI-supported development tools into our daily work becomes more and more a reality. These tools optimize workflows in the development environment, from code generation to the translation of legacy code, and improve testing capabilities. Thus enhancing the productivity of our development teams, allowing them to focus on higher-level activities.

Accessibility and inclusion with AI

AI contributes to making platforms accessible to everyone. Accessibility has often been neglected due to perceived efforts, but with legally binding obligations from 2025, AI support will ensure more accessible user interfaces. We already rely on our self-developed CMS plugin for Storyblok, which uses AI to automatically transfer content into simple language. Solutions for multimedia content are also available.

AI assistance through chatbots and conversational UX

Reduce wait times and improve your customer support with AI-driven chatbots and assistants. These tools provide quick answers, are available 24/7, and can handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. We assist you in selecting, integrating, and managing your future solution.

In our research project eDEM-CONNECT, we are using a specialized, AI-based chatbot that aims, among other things, at family caregivers of people with dementia.

Use of AI in user research

The use of AI in user research offers significant advantages, especially in processing large amounts of data efficiently and in identifying patterns. However, interpreting complex emotions and context-sensitive analysis of behaviors remain challenging. A balanced integration of human expertise and AI support is crucial for accurately interpreting research results. The synergy between AI and human judgment allows a holistic approach in user research, leading to well-founded insights and optimized user experiences.

In our research project Readi, AI-supported analysis of user data has enabled more efficient evaluation of large datasets. Learn more about the research project in our Insights.
