Mobile & Home Office

Different tasks require different environments: home, mobile, or on-site. You can make the appropriate decision with your teammates. In our standard model, you can work mobile for up to 40% of your work week. Additionally, there's the option of having a dedicated home office workspace.

Workation

School holidays too long? Family living in another country? Or simply wanderlust? You can work from a different location within the EU and Switzerland for up to four weeks per year.

Working Hours

You can plan your day flexibly in consultation with your teammates. If your circumstances change over a longer period of time, the number of hours per week or day can be adjusted accordingly.

Overtime

Overtime is not the norm for us. However, if it does occur, it can be balanced on a 1:1 basis in agreement with your team. We provide you with the opportunity to take up to five consecutive days off.

Vacation

At Ergosign, your vacation entitlement increases with your work experience. We also offer special leave for specific occasions such as weddings, births, anniversaries, or sad events.

TimeOuts

If you want to take a break from work for a longer period to broaden your horizons or simply recharge, we will find a solution. Depending on your length of service, we offer different models for time outs.
