THE DIGITAL WORLD OF GLOBUS
For more than three years we have been working together with Globus on numerous UX design projects. The comprehensive goal: to provide customers with a rich range of food, high-quality items and advice digitally.
Throughout our many years of cooperation, we created a new world of design: for example, with the design of the website, the app and digital content that can be used in the local market.

Before heading to the Globus market, customers start on the website. Here our editors offer diverse content that fits the selected market.
In addition to inspiration and Globus services, the website also provides customers with access to their “My Globus” area, where Globus offers them numerous benefits. We designed this according to the customers’ needs and requirements of the Globus editors.
Our website’s redesign focuses on a flexible, responsive presentation of the existing concept. All pages function optimally in all breakpoints - from desktop sizes to tablets and smartphones.
The design of the user interface for the online product catalog was a milestone of our project. Customers can simply add products to their shopping list for their next purchase and intuitively use the online ordering services for gift baskets, party platters or products from the fresh produce counters.

After the customers inform themselves on the website, they can use the app we designed when shopping in the store. The content as well as the look and feel are seamlessly integrated into the customer experience.
The products that made it onto their shopping list via the website are synchronized across devices. Before and while shopping, users can use the app to browse the current offers of their “Local Hero” and add them to their list.
THE DIGITAL COLUMN
If customers in the market are out and about without a smartphone, they can still enjoy the digital advantages of the “My Globus” world - with the “Digital Column”. Our redesigns can now be experienced in all Globus markets.
We designed not only screensavers with a high affordance character that encourage customers to interact, but also pattern-based layouts for different content types such as recipes, job offers or coupons.
The concept focuses on the intuitive provision of digital content, which is placed clearly in the foreground thanks to our reduced basic design.
