Ergosign already received the seal of approval in 2017. Nothing stood in the way of the successful re-certification in 2019. Ergosign's management always strives to create a sustainable and family-friendly working environment. We do a lot for our parents!

We know that the first few years as parents are not entirely stress-free. Therefore, there is not only the possibility of part-time work. In addition, we are always on the lookout for optimal solutions together in order to meet the requirements of parents on the one hand and to be able to continue pursuing career goals on the other hand. We also provide parents with a childcare allowance. Flexible working hours are also possible to ensure more family time. Open dialog is always the easiest way to meet all requirements.
For our seal of approval to be awarded, measures must be implemented in five fields of action and a sustainable improvement proposal developed as a target agreement for the next two years. Once target agreements have been made and the criteria from the fields of action have been met, the IHK/HWK awards the seal of approval for a period of two years.
The seal of approval is awarded to companies, authorities and institutions that have already implemented family-friendly measures. It is at the same time an obligation to comply with these measures and to expand them further. The aim is to create a greater compatibility of family and career (source: ihk/saaris).
