ERGOSIGN supports LV 1871 long-term in the user-friendly redesign of its internally and externally used software with a special focus on an improved support of their insurance agents.
The concept for the new LV 1871 quote engine excels in its stronger user guidance, which scales sustainably for new rate definitions and respects established interaction habits from its predecessor.
All design decisions are based on an extensive series of initial interviews and regular validation sessions with the agents on location.
